The F7 was EMD's fourth model in the line of F-unit locomotives, and was by far the best-selling cab unit of all time. The F7 primarily differed from the F3 in internal equipment, but there were some noticeable external changes such as the grills and the dynamic brake hatches. F7's operated in both passenger and freight service, and many of them remained in service for decades.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\n In this production, we are modeling A and B-units from nine railroads with prototypically accurate road numbers and paint schemes.
