From the ManufacturerThe SM79 was the most successful Italian multi-role medium bomber of World war II. Developed from a civil airliner, the first Sparvieros entered service with the Regia Aeronautica in late 1936, just in time to fly combat over Spain with the Aviacion Legionaria. Its performance drew favorable comments from both sides, leading to a succession of export orders. This plastic model kit is an accurate representation of the military vehicle.
