CLEVELAND SHAKER HEIGHTS

The last remnant of a vast system of streetcars and interurbans in Ohio, these two line were originally built by real estate developers to serve their housing tracts. Modernized in the early 80s and totally served by Italian built Breda cars unique in North America. The program covers both lines completely and has glimpses of the same system in 1962 when PCCs were the rule. Part of the lines share track with the heavy rail line and features left hand running which has since been changed to right hand. Features many run past sequences.
