The villainous operator of the trucking company pull every dirty trick in the book in an attempt to win a climactic race which will determine who will stay in business.

This 1932 feature film takes place on The Southwest Pacific Railroad where a series of mysterious accidents is being caused by a "Phantom Express". Of course no one suspects the group of unscrupulous "Raiders" (who are trying to buy the railroad) until the boss’s playboy son decides to take a job working undercover at the roundhouse. Hot on their trail he soon finds the "Phantom" and brings the guilty villains to justice.
