PARADISE EXPRESS & THE PHANTOM

This black and white 1936 production directed by Joseph Kane and starring Grant Withers, Dorothy Appleby and Arthur Hoyt focuses on a dastardly trucking company's efforts to bankrupt the Moon Valley Short Line Railroad. The villainous operator of the trucking company pull every dirty trick in the book in an attempt to win a climactic race which will determine who will stay in business.

THE PHANTOM EXPRESS
This 1932 feature film takes place on The Southwest Pacific Railroad where a series of mysterious accidents is being caused by a "Phantom Express". Of course no one suspects the group of unscrupulous "Raiders" (who are trying to buy the railroad) until the boss’s playboy son decides to take a job working undercover at the roundhouse. Hot on their trail he soon finds the "Phantom" and brings the guilty villains to justice.
