A TRAINWATCHER'S FILM SCRAPBOOK: VOLUME 1

The entire program consists of scenes shot by Gordon Sandstrom on 8mm film between 1958 and 1974. Many different types of diesels are featured plus a short section featuring steam at Dallas Union Terminal on Feb 15, 1961. Both freight and passenger trains of the following railroads are seen: SCL, FEC, ERIE. LACKAWANNA, BURLINGTON, UP, NP, CB&Q, FRISCO, MILWAUKEE ROAD, PC PRR, NYC, C&O, B&O, GM&O, L&N, GTW, SP, IC, RIO GRANDE, C&WI and NKP.
