This program features two operating steam locomotives, a Budd RDC car, Morristown & Erie, N.J. Transit, Conrail and Amtrak equipment at the Whippany, NJ Railway Museum for the U.S. Postal Service Antique Steam Engine Stamp dedication ceremony on July 30-31, 1994.
